About Me

I am a certified Executive Coach and leadership development professional with nearly 20 years of experience managing, coaching, and developing senior professionals at top performing global organizations. In 2015, I was forced to re-evaluate my goals (and my attitude) when I was laid off after a mass restructuring. Despite having advanced degrees, years of management and leadership experience, as well as an impeccable resume, no one would hire me. Two years, 500 job applications, countless interviews, and a baby later- after I exhausted my savings and patience, I took a job making a fraction of what I earned before. It was hell. I was able to use that position as a gateway job into my chosen field. That experience, as well as a lot of life’s lessons along the way, helped me rebuild and exceed my former status. Though happily employed, I will never again be at the mercy of a company to provide my livelihood, and I will use my hardship to empower other women. My mission to share my experience, expertise and insight, laid the foundation for LEAD Strive Thrive.

LEAD Strive Thrive is an executive coaching practice that focuses on women and the unique career challenges that stall and derail their dreams. Partnering with executives to create strategies that promote women in leadership, coaching professional and entrepreneurial women, and facilitating workshops LST is a full-service practice.
